      Events whose end date has already passed. Archiving removes an event from the public portal and editorial programs listing. Stored submission files can also be deleted separately to save space while keeping event metadata, manuscript records, review history, and registrations intact.

      Backup and Restore Center

      Manage professional recovery operations from one workspace. Local restore snapshots are preserved on disk for fast rollback, while backup packages remain available for controlled export and import.

      NIBVEDA retains only three local restore points: the current 15-minute, 1-hour, and 6-hour recovery snapshots. Older local snapshots are removed automatically to control storage growth.

      Editorial Program Archive Export

      This ZIP includes event configuration, manuscripts, linked authors, reviewer assignments, reviews, decisions, registrations, related users, queued email records, and uploaded files.

      Full Platform Backup Package

      Use this package for platform-level backup handover and controlled disaster-recovery import. It includes database records for every tenant and editorial program, along with uploaded files.

      Import replaces the current database snapshot and uploaded files with the contents of the selected NIBVEDA backup archive.

      Post Purchase Services

      Everything a editorial program gets access to after purchase/activation, controlled from Platform Admin in one place: paid processing features and Chair workspace modules. Every toggle updates the selected editorial program immediately.

      Paid Services

      Manually activate a paid feature for this editorial program ahead of the billing/purchase workflow. Toggling here is the only thing that controls whether the feature runs for that event.

      Chair Workspace Modules

      Activate paid modules after payment verification, or temporarily hide selected Chair menus without changing submission data. Disabled modules disappear from the Chair workspace for this event only.

      Blind Review Workspace

      Configure Double-Blind Review Processing, regenerate reviewer-safe copies, and complete Platform Admin validation for each generated reviewer copy from this event-level workspace.

      Load the original manuscript PDF, draw one or more rectangles over author-identifying content, and save a reviewer copy without touching the original upload. Watermarking is applied automatically on every page.

      Visuals

      NIBVEDA Platform Admin now owns the public appearance. Public users cannot change style or theme from the public portal anymore. Background Theme, Button Style, and Navigation Theme are stored independently. Change any section here first to see the change on this admin page, then Save to apply it to the public web app too.

      Choose between NIBVEDA-Flat Navigation and NIBVEDA-FLAT-FULL CONTENT so menu layout can evolve independently from the active background and button styling.
